The rails w ill soon he laid through the new city, and Mas Urotliers are to start a two story brick block and occupy it in the early Summer. Other business houses are to be started in the near future, and already many business lots as well as residence property have been , sold. The newly laid out city is to have electric lights and a wa-l ter system that will he adequate for all demands, and mountain water will later succeed the deep well system which is to he put in ' operation.
