received as to the mare and colt

PRACTICE: ILLEGALLY
The Oregon State Board of Ex
aminers in Optometry will pay a
reward of $25 to anyone causing
the arrest and conviction of any
person or persons testing eyes
and selling glasses who does not
hold a certificate issued to them
by the Board of Examiners. It
is not alone necessary for them
to possess this certificate, but it
must be registered with and
I countersigned by the Clerk of
i the court, in each county where
the holder practices. The public
in general is hereby warned not
to patronize anyone not holding
such certificate, as in the strict
letter of the law they are acces
sory to the illegal practice and
will at least be called upon to go
into court and testify as witness
es against the persons violating
the law.
