WJI.UY PHILLIPS Wiley Phillips, aged 75 years, and who was a brother of the late 1). T. Phillips, of Cornelius, died back at Shawnee, Okla.. October 15, 1910. Phillips first came to the coast in 1857, in romnanv with his brother, Dan iel.
