had a bi time Saturday niht,
and a special car on the electric
brought out all of 75 three-linkers
from Portland. There was work
in the first and second dcjrrees,
some fine addresses on Odd Fel
lowship, and then such a supper
as the Montezumas know how
to pet up. The boys think this
was one of the best times they
ever had, and their new para

acre lots, excepting the high

Jacobs this morning started a
crew of surveyors on contour
work, and notified Ceo. P.acon,
who lias the place leased, that he
would settle with him for his
leasehold, as he bad made the
purchase. Mr. Jacobs was
lirought here by T. U. Imbrie, of
the Imbrie Land Co.
This is one of the finest places
in the section, and it is said that
there is not a ten acre tract but
what affords a high building lot.
This is the biggest sale made in
this section for many years.
The laud also has several fine
sites.
