The Oregon Railwav commis sion has given out notice that tney will take up complaints against the freight charges of the Southern Pacific, at Salem, April 28, and they have sent out word to the various commercial clubs and board of trades, advis ing them that if freight charges to their cities are not properly adjusted to send representatives to the session. The local board of trade has been notified, and, if shippers have any grievances they should make them known at the meeting.
