of tazea on Thursday. February 10, 1910,
and all who make full payment of thtir
tax before March 15, 1910, will receive a
rebate of three per centum. Half pay
ment can be made by the first Monday
in April without interest charge, or pen
alty, and the remaining half csn be paid
t any time prior to the first Monday in
October, 1910 Where no payment is
made by tbe first Monday in April, 1910,
the tax becomes delinquent and the
statute requires from that date a penalty
of ten per cent per month on aaid tax
notil it is paid
