and all who make full payment of tin ir
tax before March 15, 1910, will receive a
rebate of three per centum. Half pay
ments can I made by the first Monday
ill April without interest charge, or pen
alty, and the remaining half can be paid
at any time prior to the first Monday in
October, 1910 Where no payment is

the tax becomes delinquent and the
statute requires from that date a penalty
of ten per cent per month on said tax
until it is paid
