HIGH SCHOOL NOTES

The hose and patent fire extinguishers
have teen installed in the Hillslx.ro

drill last Monday morning, the fuur hun
dred fifty-four pupils of the Public and
High Schools left the building in a little
less than one minute.
There are but three years in the Hit-h
School course at the present time but
we all hope that the fourth will be added
next year. As it is, there are f jrty five
enrolled. Two new students are Jose
phine Edwards and Harold Rtid.
The High School has a permanent
Literary Society with Kingsley Lytle as
president; Roy Shroder vice president

The meetings are held every other Fri
day, and each time a short programme

terested in the work is invited to come
to these meetings.
