Section 6 of the "Act Incorporating the
City of Hillsbord,' Washington County,
Oregon, filed In the omce of the Secretary
of State February 20, 13 aa amended by
an Act approved February 6, 18S6, and as
further amended bv an Act approved
February 6, WW, aud aa farther attended
by an Act filed In the office of the Secre
tary of Ntate on January 27, 1906, and as
further amended by initiative petition
December 3, 19UH, and aa further amend
ed August 10, 19U0, by an amendment
