the Circuit Court this week. Eliza
beth Wittner asks for a divorce
from Edward Wittner. The cou
ple were married in Oewego, Kan
sas, in 1H90. Plaintiff alleges cruel
and inhuman treatment as a cause
for divorce. While in Portland
last year defendant smashed furni
ture, and it is alleged threatened
to kill defendant, and insisted that
she lead an immoral life to sup
port him. Maud Rambo asks the
Court to grant ber a divorce from
H. C. Rambo, who is accused of
gross and habitual drunkenness.
Defendant has considerable proper
ty in Lake county, consisting of
stock and land. Plaintiff asks for
custody of two minor children and
alimony.
