Wagley each for ten thousand dollars damage', the wo man alleging that Wagley had thrown ber out of a reetaurant at Forest Grove. Yesterday morning Clerk of the Court Godman received written notice from Mrs. Bond, asking the Court to diemies, and acknowl edging full satisfaction. This was the case wherein 'Wag ley staked the woman to a restau rant in Forest Grove, tbe woman to get a portion of the profits. Mrs. Bond's husband appeared on tbe scene ofter a few weeks and from then on there were "fireworks" around that little eating house. It ended by Wag'ey putting the wo man out of the plane. The damage euita followed. Thus ends two of the largest damage suits ever filed in tbe county.
