Hare Deliver Memorial dre to Veterans Ad- Decoration Day exercises begun this morning at 9:30, when, bead ed by the band, the veterans, school children, and Relief Corps, march ed to the cemetery where tbe two or ganizations went through the ritualistic ceremonies and spread llowers upon the graves of the un- forgotten dead of the great civil war. The dead of the Navy were honored by casting of flowers in the stream below the burial ground. After dinner the exercises were held in the Crescent Theatre. Wm, G. Hare delivered the memorial ora tion, and he handled hie subject in his usual splendid manner. Tbe tbf atre was packed to the utmost, and tbe exercises and reciaticne were all fine.
