cellor of the Oregon Knights of
Pythias, and Phoenix Lodge No.
34, of this city, feels highly elated
over the honors bestowed upon one
of their members. Mr. Wall has
been an ardent Pythian for many
years, and has been steadily ad
vancing. The local lodge will
tender Mr. Wall a reception next

the State of Oregon, and will again
come op for trial. When the case

where Delia B. Keen sued Susao
Reynolds Keen for alienation of the

Mrs. Keen No. 1 and S. B. Huston
was attorney for the defense. The
reversal was ninged npon a casual
remark made by the court.
