Independent Wagler Staked Mrs. Bond to Restau rant and Then Repeated Mra. Lillian lUind, who for three weeks conducted a restaurant in tbe Caples building, Forett Grove, has sued B. F. Wngley, who was her fioanciel hacker, for $10,000 Mrs. Bond alleges that Wagley, aided by sundry and divers per sons, entered her restaurant on the evening of April 11, between 11) and 11:30 o'clock, and proceeded to throw her fflVcts into the street and then assaulted and struck her and also put her out into the night air. It appears that Wagley, who has some money, leaded the room for two years and slocked it for a restaurant. He then gave Mrs. Bond, whom he had known on the sound, the keys, ami told her to go ahead and run the businem. Mrs. Bond sent for her husband, and when he appeared Mr. Wagley seemed to exiierience a change of heart as to Mrs. Bond continuing the business. Then came the ejectment, and Mm. Bind has retained Iiailey & Hare to sue for damages. Paper have been filed, but lwfore they o iuld be served Mr. Wagley hd "waggled" out of the country. Mra. Bond u game and is going to have redress if the law will give her any ratiefactinn. agley, alttio along in years, is said to he a "dead Rame sport," and bon' vivant, ami he is said to have told the oflicials that he only installed Mrs. Band in bueineee on tbe agreement that she was not to provide for her husband. Bond wbo bails from Iacoma, euddenly appeared on the scene, and trouble then commenced. Wsgley claims that Bond made it from Taccma to Kalama, ami when he rescued that point be was stranded. Then, it is alleged, Mrs. Bond sent him money to come to the city of piety and no saloons, and Wagley claims Bond subsequently gave him a black eye, and be concluded Mrs. Bond had broken the preamble, shattered the covenants, and cracked the codicil of the contract.
