HURRAH FOR THE DRAG
Kditor Argun: 1 am glad to eee
that you epesk a good word for the
road drag whenever opportunity of
fer!. I consider the road grader,
and the road drg, w hether made
of p'auk or a split lg, a the rural
mail carrier' friend. The most of
the toil in thia county, if it i prop
erly graded, not too wide, and then
kept smooth in Winter with the
drag, will in a couple nl years be
come nettrly ae Imrd a a rock
road,' and it in my opinion, after
traveling the Mad every day for

in hauling rock and dumping them
la mudboliR, wan u d in grubbing
out the root, grading the road,
and ditc hing, in order io have good
drainage, the necessity lor rock
road would disappear, in my opin
Ion. Anyaay, we would then have
a good in ii m I h 1 1 1 1 n for tlie rock, ami
without which it nt wnri-e than nee

Thanking you in behalf of the ru
