He charges that Record's failors was premeditated, and that it is tbe work of the Southern Pacific. He also says he can and will force tbe stockholders of tbe old company, which has transferred its rights to K. E Lytle, to go ahead and build tbe line. No one seems to know whether or not Walker can do these tbiogs, but it is koowo that be cabled, weeks ago, that he had made sale of the bonds, and money delivery waa ready as soon as the first ten miles of track was laid.
