sentence in the Idaho penitentiary.

As soon as he bad him in Idaho the
victim was robbed of all he had.
One Boyle, who operated with
Schmelzer, was given three years

tence. Schmelzer was sent to Sa
lem from this county when Ford
was sheriff.
Supt. Ball has closed his final ar
rangement for the Teachers' Ins
titute, which will hold in this city,
at the courthouse, October 28, 29
