Phil ippine Hand -made
Hand-Emb'd Nightgowns
$2.95 and $3.95
We cannot recall prettier Philippine nightgowns at any price
we haven't seen the equals of these at $2.95 and $3.95. Because
words alone cannot do justice to such garments and such values
some of the gowns were sketched for the picture here reproduced
and others are shown in our windows today.
In the group at $2.95 there are 322 nightgowns. All are in the
slipover style some with round necks and others with "V" necks.
The embroidery in 1 4 different patterns. All of the gowns are rib
bon drawn all are cut full size. Choice at $2.95. Extra special.
At $3.95 are exquisite gowns of delicate texture, but made
pleasingly serviceable by the skilled handwork of the Filipinos.
Fetching needlework adorns these gowns some, of the designs
forming yokes, other designs of the fine Batangas work combined
with pretty embroidery in spray pattern. Extra special.
