EVENTS OF THE WEEK.
The ball given Thursday nisht at
the Scottish Kite cathedral was one
of the most attractive and colorful
that the Scottish Kite ever has spon
sored. Many handsome gowns were
worn. The music was good and dan
cing and cards, followed by supper,
formed an interesting programme.
