ander Reed, will be given by the T.
W. C. A. in co-operation with the
Portland Drama league at the Heilig
theater on December 22. The play is

Girls club work of the Y. W. C. A.
The Interlude is developed in the
manner and form of the Elliabethan
period, but will be staged in the cabi
of an Oregon pioneer of 1863. with
the properties and figures of the play
historically correct and very human.
Into this scene will enter the Christ
mas fairies, the moralities of love,
patience -and industry the spirits
from old books and the flowers and
fruits of, Oregon, who are the spirits
