On the island of Wleringen, where
reconciliation recently took place be

with their children have been living
in retirement.
The oldest freshman at Harvard Is
Colonel George Lyon Jr., 71. The
youngest Is Jacob Shankman of Chel
sea, 13. They are members of this

versity. The youth is fond of
athletics.

of. the American Federation, of
Labor, was one of those who opposed
unrestrained immigration of labor.
One of the first acts of the Prince
of Wales performed after landing at
St. John. N. B., was to present colors
to the 26th New Brunswick regiment,
which has a distinguished record
.from June, 1915. The prince is shown
presenting the king's colors to Lieu
tenant L. McRItchie ln the presence
of the remnants of the famous
regiment.
A practical demonstration of what
an American submarine can do was
given by the H-2 in the Hudson river,
before a crowd of more than 2000.
