The living-room Is 14x34, with a large triple window opening on the front lawn. Above the center win dow is an art glass window with metal bars. On the other side of the room is a piano window. These two rooms are tinted in a shade of Jeather. while the ceilings are cream and the woodwork lias lour coats of varnish. The dining-room, 14x14, has beamed celling, and is paneled with quar ter sawed oak, and plate rail above. The triple window on the other side of t he room has a built-in seat. Above the plate rail is tinted pumpkin color, while the ceil in t? is of cream. There is a china buffet; a double acting door opens from this room into the pass pantry; another opens into the hall between the bed rooms and bath. The kitchen and pantry Is tinted cream and woodwork white enamel. The pan pantry is quite large, and at either end are the bedrooms, 3 Jxl4 each, with large closets. The woodwork in these rooms is of nat ural wood finish, with 3 coats of varnish, while the walls are tinted,' one blue, the other pink. The bathroom is modern. The bathtub lias a, heavy rolled rim and full size factory finished. Inside and outside white enameled. The lava tory is of the same grade. All faucets are quick pressure. The walls of this room are blue and wood white enameled. The basement is full size. There are two porcelain wash trays, a hot water heating plant with a radiator in each room.
