SPRING'S Model Hats and Gowns Caught by Camera 1. An advance model Of
French millinery is a gorgeous evening hat by Virot, Paris. It is a toque of
spangles, trimmed -with black feathers. 2. A stylish -walking hat is a trim design
submitted by Saget, Paris. The straw is trimmed with gros grain ribbon and two jet
ornaments. 3. Another French model, more daring than the others, is offered by
Jeanne Duo. It is of tagal straw, trimmed with velvet and a lace wing edged with
ostrich. 4. Two pretty gowns are shown by Jeanne Lanvin, of Paris. The girl's frock
is of brown charmeuse, with soutache braid and embroidered yoke. The child's dress
is of white broadcloth, with heavy wool braid. 5. A chic suit of golden brown velvet
has a slit skirt and a cutaway jacket. The vest is of brocaded satin.- The new mask
veil is noted. 6. An exquisite gown is of white liberty satin, with corsage and tunic
of black ehiffon, edged with swansdown. This model is designed by Dejazat,- Paris.
7. Felicy-Marguerite is showing a gorgeous evening hat of maline,"covered with large
jet ornaments, and with band of black beads and maline bow. 8. A smart tailored

suit is of dark blue duvetyne, with belt and pockets. Parry is the designer. 9.
Andrery has planned a charming chapeau af English straw, with huge moire bow.
10. Chic is the hat designed by Cora Marsou,. of Paris. It is white moire, with velvet
facing and trimmed with wings. 11. A model of tagal straw has satin ribbon bows and
flowers at either side. Jeanne Due is the originator of this hat. 12. A model suit of
dark brown broadcloth is shown by Georgette & Cie, Paris. The cut is girlish. With
