proved up to this date by Messrs. Dillon,
Thompson Sc Clay, of New York, N. Y. Un
quahfied bids only will be received, and
the snccessful bidder wiH be furnished
with an original copy of the opinion of
the above mentioned attorneys, covering
the legality of the bonds.
Each bid must be accompanied by a
certified check- oi cashier's check on some
responsible pank for an amount equal to

of East Fork Irrigation District, to be
forfeited as liquidated damages in case
