The ballcoom suggested a woodland scene,'' with Its great branches of delicately-tinted Autumn foliage and clusters of beautiful yel . low chrysanthemums, and made pleasing; foil for the many handsome gowns and Jewels worn. The balcony was a riot of color, where tall branches of leaves and a profusion of brides maid roses were artistically arranged. Jn the banquet hall tall vases of chrya anthemums were used and the tables were centered with huge baskets of bridesmaid roses. In the receiving line were Mr. and Mrs. Thomas D. Honey man, the Misses Honeyman and Miss Evelyn Carey. Mrs. Honeyman charming in a gown of rose-colored brocade velvet, trimmed with- lace, and ahe carried an arm bouquet of brides maid roses. Miss Mildred Honeyman was stun ning In a handsome white charmeuse gown embellished with filmy lace. An arm bouquet of Richmond roses added a dash of brilliant coloring, and sweeping aigrette in her coiffure, con fined with a band .of brilliants, com' pleted ber costume. Miss Grace Honeyman was pictur esque In a white satin gown built on the, quaint pannier lines, with, wreaths of tiny rosebuds at the bem and cor sage, and a pale rose-colored girdle. She cBfTKd an armful of Cecil Brun ner roses, and wore a bandeau of bril liants In her hair. Miss Carey was In a lovely old blue brocaded chiffon, built over white satin Miss Charlotte Laldlaw, who will soon make her debut, was In a girl ish frock of white crepe meteor with an overdrape of pastel pink chiffon. She wore a pink bandeau and" ostrich feather in her hair. . Miss Jean Morrison a gown was, a creation of peacock blue chiffon over white charmeuse, with a sash of pastel pink. Miss Maisle MacMaster arpetred in a white crepe meteor veiled with white chlfTon and silver trimmings. Miss Mllla Wesslnger wore a beau tlful gown of vivid green chiffon with an overdrape of silver-embroidered chiffon. Miss Romalne 'Wood, of Aberdeen, the house guest of Mr. and Mrs. Frederick H. Green, was in a handsome white satin gown with Russian embroidered trimming. Miss Ailsa MacMaster wore a chic frock of white satin veiled with white chiffon, with a pale pink girdle and corsage bouquet of Cecil Brunner roses. Miss Shanna Cummtng was attract iely gowned In geranium pink chiffon built over white satin. Mrs. David Taylor Honeyman was attired in an American Beauty chiffon gown with gold embroidery. Miss Louise Burns wore a white char meuse gown with a pannier overdrape of old blue chiffon, with silver trim mings. Miss Jean Mackenzie was In pale blue satin, with overdress of shadow lace and an aigrette in her coiffure. Miss Malda Hart appeared In a white satin gown, veiled with a silver em broidered net robe. ' Mrs. David Chambers Lewis was charming in a handsome white velvet brocade, combined with white satin, with a sash of sapphire blue. . Mrs. Guy Webster Talbot wore a beautiful peacock blue chiffon, built over satin of the same shade. A ban deau and blue ostrich feather In her hair completed her costume. - Mrs. Henry Ladd Corbett was dis tinguished in a gown of gold satin, covered with gold-beaded chiffon and fur trimming. Miss Anita Burns was In royal blue chiffon over satin. Mrs. Ralph E. Kingsbury's gown was 1 peach satin with an overdrape of peach j chiffon and-lace trimming. She wore an. ostrich feather in her jolffure. : Mrs, . James , D. Honeyjna. was in apriobt satin, covered with apricot chif fon, and wore a bird of paradise In her coiffure. Miss Claire Houghton wore a gown of chiffon cloth, shading from the pal est pink to the. deepest tones of Ameri can Beauty. Miss Dorothy Morrison wore an aprl cot satin with lace panels. Mrs. Chester G. Murphy was in a creation of pastel pink brocaded satin and lace, with silver trimmings. She wore a band of brilliants In her hair. Miss Cully Cook's gown was a bright green satin, draped in pannier fashion, with shadow lace and silver trfmmlngs. Miss Polly Hewett wore a white satin gown elaborated with lace.
