Novel
Idea
And one of great merit, has been
proposed in the double tracking of
the Sandy road from the O. R. &
Railway to the city limits. The wid
ening of the Sandy road is assured,
therefore, the idea of placing the
street railway poles in the middle of
the street, with cars running on either
side would give much better car serv
ice and would lessen the present short
ear ride. A suitable parking between
the poles to be arranged for a lawn
and rose bushes.
The great number of homes built
and being built along the Sandy road
nave caused a demand for the best
in improvements and car service.
Gregory Heights has a fine loca
tion on the Sandy road and is in a
direct line with all improvements. All
cleared, high and level. A fine op
portunity for a homesite or invest
ment. Gregory Heights lots with
cement sidewalks, curbs, parking, city
grade and Bull Run water will make
you a fine homesite. The building
of homes increases the value of city
property. Over 100 families occupy
ing their own homes in Gregory
Heights. School close by, stores on the
property.
