Bayocean Tent City, run on the American plan,
nicely floored and walled, electric lighted, heated by
stoves and well furnished.
Recreation Park, a reservation of twenty-three
acres, surrounding a chain of lakes, will be equipped
with the highest class of amusements.

WHAT IS NOW ACCOMPLISHED AT
BAYOCEAN.
A Bay boulevard extending over four miles along
the Bay beach is now being bulkheaded and filled
with our large dredge. The bulkheading is now
about one-half completed.
About ten acres of recreation park have already)
been filled.
A large channel, one mile long, seventy-five feet
wide, and from ten to fifteen feet deep at low water,
will be completed in August.
Many streets are already graded.
Water is piped from the mountains at the south
as far north as 'the hotel site.
An electric light plant is now in full operation.
Work is progressing on the foundations for
Hotel Bayocean, and Hotel Bayocean Annex will
shortly be ready to receive guests.
Bayocean 's large Tent City has been in operation
since July 1.
Furthermore, our work for the Summer has
scarcely begun.
We realize that Bayocean is a large undertaking, and to illustrate in what manner we are prosecuting this work
will say that we have at present over $100,000 worth of construction machinery on the ground. Even with the aid
of this machinery it will take us about two years, or two and one-half years, to complete Bayocean in all its details,
but every property owner in Bayocean is assured next year a place for a Summer home unexcelled in the Northwest.
If you want to buy in Bayocean at low prices and on easy terms, you have one week in which to do so. On July 16
the property will be taken off the market. After that date you will have to buy from former purchasers and payj
them a profit, as well as making a large cash payment to secure property in this great resort. Be one of those to
