THE ENTIRE PACIFIC NORTHWEST HAS NOTHING TO EQUAL THIS
THE SUNDAY QREGONIAX. PORTLAND, JUNE 26, 1910.
ERROL HEIGHTS is the fifteenth subdivis
ion this company has successfully offered for sale
in the City of Portland. It is located in beautiful
Southeastern Portland, near the Reed Institute.
It is a large tract that has been held in one piece
for 25 years and has long been known as the Strow
bridge tract. Springing up on all sides of it, the
city is rapidly gathering this most delightful part
of the city into its busy domain. With the coming
of homes on all sides, the increase in values has
been phenomenal. The finest residence section of
the city surrounds ERROIy HEIGHTS, where lots
are being sold every day at four and five times the
prices that will prevail in ERROL HEIGHTS.
This property has the most attractive tocography
in the Northwest. From. Johnson Creek, winding
beautifully toward the southeast, the rise is grad
ual, rolling in a majestic sweep toward the north
as far as the carline to Woodstock. From the
heights, a panorama of the entire city, Reed Insti
tute, Council Crest, the entire West Side and far
to the south rolls into view as one turns on his heel
to contemplate it. There is no more inspiring view
point in the Northwest than ERROL HEIGHTS.'
One of the greatest points in its behalf is the fact
that the biggest real estate profits in the history of
Portland have been recently-made in this district.
Buying ERROL HEIGHTS for as low a price, as
we did, we are able to sell it low, thereby adding to
the splendid opportunity for profit that makes
ERROL HEIGHTS conspicuous among Portland
subdivisions.

Two transportation lines serve ERROL"
HEIGHTS. Within 25 minutes by the O. W. P.,
you will arrive at ERROL HEIGHTS, where the
Fred A. Jacobs Company has erected a cozy little
depot with waiting room. Crossing Johnson
Creek, just at the depot, over a magnificent, artis
tic bridge which the Fred A. Jacobs Company is
about to build, ERROL HEIGHTS is seen to its
best advantage. By way of the Woodstock car
line, one rides to within a few minutes' walk of
ERROL - HEIGHTS. Contemplating ERROL
HEIGHTS from the bridge, one sees that all the
streets : are contoured, eliminating steep grades
! over, the hills. These streets are now being
graded and water will be piped in front of every
; lot at once. Schools, churches and shopping facil
ities are right at hand, aside from the business dis
itrict at ERROL HEIGHTS, which, when built up
, in accordance with;this company's plans, will make
(a shopping community right on the tract. Adding
to the transportation facilities and incidentally to
the increased value of the property, the Madison
' street bridge is about to be completed and will be
open within a-few weeks for travel, shortening
the run to ERROL HEIGHTS by several minutes.
Agitation of the Division-street bridge farther
south, will be even better f or.ERROL HEIGHTS.
Several county roads pass through ERROL'
HEIGHTS and for years it has been regarded by
automobilists, equestrians and others as the pret
tiest piece of property in the Northwest. This
property offers more inducements than any other
this company has ever offered for sale.
In a personal statement, FRED A. JACOBS, president of this company, said he would launch
the most wonderful real estate proposition in this paper, ever heard of in the Northwest. He
has kept his word. Here it is. You are guaranteed against loss and assured of a double profit
