HO! FOR THE BEACH! Now are approaching the
days when the man, woman and child yearns to be in
the great outdoors. The Spring fever is catching us.
It harks us back to the pleasant days a year gone by.
We listen again to the breaking of the surf and we long
for it. The carelessness and freedom of the broad, sun
shiny sands of the sea call to us. The appealing message
from the bosom of the deep talks to us. We long again
for the time when the heat and turmoil and grime of the
city shall take up its cudgel and drive us to the warm
and comforting breezes of Oregon's wonderful coast.
The time is upon us, but where shall we go? We will
tell you. We have platted and now almost have ready
for sale a-large number of magnificently located lots,
right on the coast. All who have been to the Oregon
coast know where SUNSET BEACH is, just north of
Gearhart. Sunken in the sands is the good wreck of the
ship Galena. Just north of the Galena, stretching back
in one long, graceful, undulating sweep, lies SUNSET
SUNSET
BEACH. Free from ugly dunes, free from the fright
ful monotony of perpetual sand, covered for the most
part with a beautiful natural sod here, in this spot, lies
the most inviting stretch of bathing beach for 300 miles
on the coast of Oregon. No rocks, no driftwood, no.
sandhills, no treacherous places, no dangerous places,
nothing is there at SUNSET BEACH to prevent the
freest, safest and pleasantest enjoyment of the Summer
'resorter. More than this, a magnificent fresh water
lake, upon which many of the lots face, runs the entire
length of this property teeming with fish, ideal for
canoeing, boating and sailing. This is Neacoxie Lake.
Carnahan Station is opposite this property on the A. &
C. R. Railroad. Sunset Beach Station of the Astoria &
Seaside Electric Railway is also opposite this property.
Restrictions for the safeguarding of women and chil
dren have been made at this beach. Vast improvements
are now about to be made, and on all the coast of Ore
gon there is no better place, no more reasonable or in
expensive place for you to spend your Summer than

of what they cost, at the price stated below. We do not care who buys
them, and, apparently, we do not care very much what they go for. As
a matter of fact, the price at which we have listed this first block of
100 lots is lower than. the price for any correspondingly well-located
beach property in the State of Oregon. Tear out and mail either of
the coupons below at once. These coupons will be filed in their order.
Those who come first will have the first selection.

CTTMlpTeIr aT pnCC f these lots is $25 each. We are under contract with the owners to sell these'lots for $250 each. To popularize
SUNSET BEACH, however, and to get people started toward this proposition, we have forfeited our commission of 10 per cent, which
we will give to you, provided you make your purchase 'this week. We make this offer because, we have no salesmen at the present time,
no commission to pay, and you must come to our office and make your purchase and pick Out your location. By cutting out expensive
selling methods and to thoroughly advertise SUNSET BEACH among 100 people, we feel that we are justified in forfeiting our commis
sion on these first 100 lots. It is our loss and your gain. We promise you faithfully that next week no lot in SUNSET BEACH will be
sold to a single person for less than $250. We can make your lot worth $25 more than you pay for it in one week. We suggest that you
pick out your lot immediately, purchase -a tent and some camping equipment and send your family down to the beach just as soon as the
season opens. A more liberal proposition than that offered in SUNSET BEACH has never been known in Portland before, and probably
never will again. Every foot of beach property is going skyward in value every month, and in five years from now you will not be able
to obtain a beach lot, accessible from Portland, for less than $500. SUNSET BEACH is positively the last first-class beach proposition
between Tillamook Head and the mouth of the Columbia. Fortunately, however, it has been overlooked, and, besides being the last, is
without question the best. Those who buy now, before the improvements are in and before the expenses accumulate in selling, will get
the benefit of this ridiculously low price and easy terms. Call at our office and see the photographs of this wonderful and beautiful spot.
