Track will be laid into Hillsboro within the next two weeks. The Forest Grove branch la being built by the engineering flrra of W. S. Barstow & Co., of. New York. Portland and Toronto, Canada. This firm constructed the main line to Sa lem and has engineering projects on foot in all parts of the United States and Canada. William 8. Turner Is the local manager of the firm, of which W. 6.
