But the result was simply phenomenal. OUR ORCHARD HOMES near FOREST GROVE are just what the people want. And whv not? For the soil is the best that cau be found west of the Cas cades for grapes, apples, walnuts or other fruits for which Orc eon is noted. The proof lies right in the neighborhood of our tract. We can show you entire farms in less than two miles of the land we are 3 4 VUA OA OA 10 2 I0A I0A vaA VOA nally holds on, but prefer to keen that those who invest with us make something on their investment. We get the best buys and sell them at bargain prices. These prices include the assurance of a pood road . opened to every tract and the privilege of spring water if desired. REMEMBER, this property is within three and one-half miles of the large Condensed Milk Factory, and two and a half miles of the Jt. R. Station, with an easy graded road up to and through the entire tract. Eight passenger trains reach Forest. Grove daily, and the assurance of a motor line there' soon will put this property in position to command much higher prices in the near future. As soon as our new wagon road is completed we will advance the prices. Send in your remittance for first payment and get as near first choice as your application will admit. Already we have had applicants enough to take our first 160 acres, and we will be compelled to put another on the market. Your money will be returned if not satisfied when you examine the property. We will make substan tial improvements on this tract, similar to those in Creston, and predict that values will ad vance in this tract fully as rapidly as they have in Creston. Sidewalks and Water Mains Will Be Laid And prices for these choice lois will be no higher than you would be forced to pay for similar lots without these improvements. These lots are convenient to carline, and it is safe to say that every lot will be sold within thirty days from today. Do not wait, but go now. A. Cowperthwait, our agent, is on the ground.
