nominated at any time by two well-known citizens of the

S1JO0ND Two judges, agreeable to tbedifferenl candi
date if .shall be selected to officially announce the winner
in euch district, one young lady to be chosen from each
district;.
THIRD As in other electious, each district shall vote
separately. The vote in one cannot affect the other. Mat
ters properly concealing the district will be settled by the
wishos a the majority. The winner shall have the right
to natne & proxy if unable to attend herself.
FOURTH Voting wall commence Monday, January 15,
190G, and) close Tuesday, May 15, 1906, at 0 o'clock P. M.
Coupons must be voted within seven days after issue.
Coupcps cut from The Daily and Sunday Oregonian must
be neatly trimmed. All coupons, whether single or special,
must bear the name of the candidate to be voted for.
