THE February graduating class which will so out from the High School this year leaves a good record behind it. It is large in numbers and .the aver age of scholarship reached by each mem ber Is excellent Principal T. T. Davis pronounces It "a fine class," and the fact that & large percentage of the graduates did not have to take the final examina tion on account of their high standing testifies to this rating. The Latin clas3 made an especially good record, only two out of IS having to take examinations. A number from this class -will be first honor graduates. The commencement exercises will be held in the assembly-hall of the High School next Wednesday evening at 8 o'clock, when prominent speakers and fine music will make up an attractive pro gramme. All members of the graduating class have not decided on their future course, but a number have determined to con tinue their studies. Mabel Wood and Helen Rosenfcld, after graduating on Wednesday, will return to school the fol lowing Monday and take up the study of German. Several others are contem plating 'special branches, and a number will take a preparatory course for col lege. Dorothy Mooro Is the only one who has definitely determined on her college course, and will take a post-graduate course in order to bo ready for ontrance examinations for Berkeley next Fall.
