Sealed proposals are due no later than 2:00 p.m., February 29,
2024, via the BidLocker website, link in RFP documents.
Contractor shall provide all required equipment, material,
tools, transportation and temporary facilities as applicable,
experienced staff, labor, and supervision to perform the
requested services at the Oregon Convention Center. Contractor
shall provide all labor, materials and equipment required to fully
and completely perform the services, as described in the Scope
of Work.
For this RFP, Metro offers free coaching for interested COBID
firms. The coaching will be done by a contractor of Metro’s choice.
The coaching will be a 30–60 minute session about writing a
proposal in general. Any interested firms must communicate that
interest to bidsandproposals@oregonmetro.gov. Metro staff will
be in touch to connect you with the contractor for scheduling.
