On January 10th, 2023, Gov-
ernor Tina Kotek signed Execu-
tive Order 2023-02 (EO 23-02)
declaring a state of emergency
in much of Oregon due to home-
lessness and shared ambitious
goals for local Continuum of
Care (CoC) agencies to meet.
Today, Washington County is
proud to share we exceeded
goals for shelter creation and
rehousing formerly homeless
families and individuals under
EO 23-02.
