Notice is hereby given that the City of Vancouver, Washing¬ton,
will receive sealed responses up to the hour of 3:00 p.m., Pacific
Local Time, Wednesday, June 28, 2023, for the following:
The City of Vancouver (City) is seeking qualification statements
from qualified architectural firms/individuals to further develop
concepts, provide cost estimates, prepare final design, construc-
tion drawings and specifications, and provide construction ad-
ministration services for City Hall Council Chambers, City Man-
ager’s Office and Birch Conference Room, which all are located
on the 2nd floor. Other areas in and around the City Hall building
may be explored.
The City of Vancouver in accordance with the provisions of Title
VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252,42 U.S.C. 2000d
to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that
will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant
to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will
be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response
to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the
grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an
award.

Notice is hereby given that the interest list for Fourth
Plain Commons, Unsubsidized studio and 1-bedroom
units of the Housing Authority of the City of Vancou-
ver, will open beginning June 7, 2023 at 9 a.m. The
head of household must be 18 years or older. Fourth
Plain Commons is a newly constructed building located
at 2200 Norris Road, Vancouver, WA. These Studio and
1 bedroom units are in a non-smoking building. Income
limit qualification is 60% AMI and monthly income must
be two times the monthly stated rent. Applications
will be available on the VHA website at www.vhausa.
com beginning June 7, 2023 at 9 a.m. If you cannot
apply online, please call (360) 694-2501 to have an
application mailed to you. Units are offered to qualified
applicants based on the date and time of application.
We anticipate units will be available for July 15, 2023
move-ins.
