organizations or individuals
to function as the Organized
Labor Liaison and deliver
early intervention and Rapid
Response services to employ-
ers and their union-represent-
ed employees who are im-
pacted by layoffs or closures
in the local area. The RFP is
posted on Worksystems’ web-

The Vancouver Housing Authority on behalf of Vancouver Af-
fordable Housing will receive bids for project 214-2021-01
– FRUIT VALLEY MODERNIZATION until 10:00 a.m., July 21,
2022 at Vancouver Housing Authority, 2500 Main St., Vancouver,
Washington 98660 at which time and place all bids will be pub-
licly opened and read aloud. A pre-bid conference for interested
bidders is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on June 15,
2022 at 1910 W. 31st St., Vancouver, WA 98660

Work includes the renovation of 7 duplexes and 2 single-family
residences in an 18-unit complex, involving extensive site, ex-
trior, and interior improvements including but not limited to the
replacement of the main sewer and water lines; the replace-
ment of the interior plumbing; exterior renovations including
but not limited to new siding and roofs; and extensive interior
renovations including but not limited to the gut and remodel of
unit bathrooms and other interior work.
