The CC Building was constructed in the 1960’s, the existing low slope roof is primarily one level, and is approximately 130,000 square feet. The selected CM/GC will work in collaboration with the project’s Design Team to provide preconstruction & con- struction services. Detailed information is available in the full RFP.
