Lease Crutcher Lewis, LLC, serving as the General Contractor
for the new PCC Sylvania TCB, SS, and CC Swing Project, is
soliciting proposals from qualified bidders. The TCB building
consists of altering existing open office spaces and conference
rooms to create three new private offices. The SS building
includes removal of (2) existing offices and an addition of (1)
enclosed storage room with some open office alterations. The
CC building consists of altering existing open office spaces to
create a total of (4) new enclosed offices and alterations to one
existing enclosed office. Please provide a price per each of
the (3) buildings – as needed per scope. Each building will be
awarded as a stand-alone project. All MEP is design-build.

PCC Sylvania – Health Technology Building

Lease Crutcher Lewis, LLC, serving as the General Contractor
for the new PCC Sylvania Health Technology Project, is soliciting
proposals from qualified Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical
(including low voltage scopes). The total building construction
cost is projected to be approximately $43 Million. The MEP
scope of work is currently at a schematic development
level, without fully defined costs. The project consists of the
renovation of the east side (Sector A) of the Health Technology
Building on the PCC Sylvania Campus. The scope of Sector A
includes extensive non-structural demolition with new building
systems. The west side (Sector B) will remain functional and
operational during the renovation. The east side (Sector A) will
be unoccupied during the renovation.

The Parks and Nature Department of Metro, a metropolitan
service district organized under the laws of the State of Oregon
and the Metro Charter, located at 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland,
OR 97232-2736, is hereby requesting sealed bids for Arborist
Services.
Sealed proposals are due no later than 2:00 p.m., August 20, 2020,
electronically via BidLocker website, link found in solicitation
document.
A voluntary pre-proposal conference for all potential prime contractors
is scheduled on August 6, 2020, at 11:00 am. in an online Zoom
meeting, link to meeting found in solicitation document. Interested
sub-contractors are also invited.
The Metro Council’s voter-approved 1995 Open Space, 2006
Natural Areas Program and 2019 Parks & Nature bond has and
will fund land acquisition and capital improvements that protect
water quality and fish and wildlife habitat, enhance trails and
wildlife corridors and provide greater connections to nature in
neighborhoods throughout the Portland metropolitan area. Metro
now seeks Arborist Services for tree care in parks and natural areas
in Clackamas, Washington and Multnomah counties. Services
may be needed in popular public parks, with buildings, people and
other targets. Often adjacent to busy roads and highways, as well
as in remote natural areas where hiking equipment into a project
area may be necessary, and anywhere in between.
Metro intends to award this to multiple firms to provide the services
required. The term of the contract is anticipated to be September
2020 through September 2025.

Metro may accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, or
waive irregularities not affecting substantial rights if such action
