SCHOOL CLUBS
The scope of work for the Temporary Modular Units at Lot P12
includes: Erecting temporary modular units on the parking lot P12
as a temporary swing space for the Health Technology classrooms
and staff offices. Structural requirements for modular units
include place & finish of footings, ADA curb cuts with truncated
domes, and sidewalk alterations. Asphalt for trailer ramps and
regrading / resurfacing ADA parking areas with new striping and
parking signage. Earthwork scope includes excavation to tie into
existing storm, sanitary, and water service lines as well as electrical
and telecom trenches. Electrical scope includes new power
transformer, electrical power for units, low voltage, fire alarm,
and security. Plumbing scope to include connection to water and
sanitary waste from Civil stubs. Interior build-out of the units to
consist of interior wall framing, painting, window coverings, doors,
frames, and hardware. Reconditioning of the parking lot after
use of modular units to include removal of temporary ADA stalls,
signage, curbs, ramp pads, and asphalt to patch over footings and
a final sweep and seal for restriping.

The scope of work for the PCC Sylvania Dive Pool Repair includes:
Removal of existing waterproofing product in the overflow gutter
and re-applying new waterproofing product inside the gutter.
Removal of existing ceramic tile at top and side of overflow
gutter curb and re-installing with new ceramic tile. Removal
and reinstallation of existing pool lights (Electrical) and new wall
return inlets (Plumbing). Installation of new pool liner system over
existing pool plaster wall and ceramic tile at bottom of the pool.
Removal and installation of new pool ladders.
