Tips Sought in 2013 Murder The Portland Police Bureau, in cooperation with Crime Stoppers of Oregon, is asking for the pub- lic’s help in solving a murder in north Portland six years ago this week. On Oct. 7, 2013, at about 2 p.m., police officers responded to the report of a shooting in the 9500 block of North Burr Avenue and found Donte’ Al-Wa’Keel Young, 33, dead from a gunshot wound to the head.
