It is anticipated that this contract will be two years from the date the contract is signed by PCC. The proposed project will expand on the work conducted in the first phase of the Facilities Plan, which was essentially an existing conditions assessment of all college-owned facilities, to determine appropriate development patterns and growth capacity. Also included will be an assessment of possible new locations for college expansion to meet future demand. Visioning exercises and development strategies are anticipated outcomes that will meet academic programming and support service goals of the college.
