Sahaan McKelvey of Self Enhancement, Inc., helped develop the framework for a $652 million Metro housing bond that’s before voters in three counties this November.

In a region where rent and housing prices
have increased far faster than wages and a
growing homeless population is one of gov-
ernment’s most pressing problems, a new bal-
