Golf for All Celebrated
Young people learn the game of golf as part of Portland Parks and
Recreation’s efforts to connect Portlanders of all ages and backgrounds
with the game. To mark 100 years of public golf courses in the city, a
free celebration will take place Sunday at the Colwood Golf Center in
northeast Portland.
2 Pounds Fight Night
Portland boxing promoter Steve
“2 Pound” Forbes, a former Inter-

his partner Christina Lunzman,

“Our first event December 9th
was a huge success, and we’re
looking to keep that momen-

“2Pound Sports Fight Night 2,”
Forbes said.
The event will include six pro-

for up-and-coming local boxing
talent that will really deliver the
action, Lunzman added, “This is
an evening fight fans will not want
to miss!”
