Death at Daycare Investigated
A northeast Portland daycare has had
its license suspended pending a state in-
vestigation into the recent death of infant
boy, the second infant to die in the two
years at the facility, located at 1205 N.E.
Broadway.
Owner Celeste Probasco-Artharee said
in a statement that the center will cooper-
ate throughout the investigation.
