Thomas Walter Oliver, 35, a Port-
land videographer and photogra-
pher, was arrested on 55 sex-abuse
related charges last week after an
investigation by Portland Police
involving female victims, both
adults and juveniles. Bail was set at over $5 million,
and investigators believe there may be more victims.
New Kyron Horman Image
Portland Public Schools Board Chair Tom Koehler
appointed current and incoming school board mem-
bers last week to a new task force to find a new su-
perintendent after the finalist in a prior search with-
drew his application.
A new age-progressed image of what Kyron Horman
might look like at age 14 was released by the Na-
tional Center
for Missing
and Exploited
Children last
week. Hor-
man was 7
when he was
last seen at
Portland’s Skyline School in 2010. The investigation
into his disappearance is still open and active.

the arrest and
conviction of
a Portland
bank
rob-
ber called the ‘Foul Mouth Bandit.” The suspect is
known for using offensive language during bank

Videographer Arrested
Delta Airlines began non-stop
flights from Portland to London
on Friday with Mayor Ted Wheel-
er on board to celebrate the inau-
gural service. The service adds to
three other non-stop flights to Eu-
ropean cities from PDX (Amsterdam, Frankfurt and
Reykjavík) with the hope to boost tourism, which
has been in decline nationwide since November.
Superintendent Search Renews
Tiger Woods cited for DUI
Early Monday morning, Tiger Woods was found
asleep at the wheel of his 2015 black Mercedes Benz
in Jupiter, Florida and arrested for driving under the
influence of intoxicants. The golfing legend’s breath
test showed no alcohol in his system, but he had a
difficult time completing other sobriety tests, offi-
cials said.

last week for throwing
semen at women at the
store, is a suspect in sim-
ilar attacks since at least
April of this year, police
said. Bail was increased
to $50,000 during his ar-
raignment on Friday.
