in preparing and nominating the
church as a National Landmark on
the Register of Historic Places. He
is currently working on preparing
the documentation in getting the Af-
rican-American Billy Webb’s Elks
Lodge in north Portland listed on
the Register of Historical Places.

ter; 11 grandchildren; and 7
great-grandchildren.
The entire Bailey family
wishes to thank all of her fam-
ily and friends for their love,
phone calls, offers of help and

all of her caregivers, especially
the amazing care she received
from her Kaiser Permanente hos-
pice team.
