Rejecting GOP Health Plan Under a new health care plan proposed by President Trump and Republicans, 465,000 Oregonians would lose their insurance coverage and 23,000 health workers in the state will lose their jobs, according to an economic analysis presented last week by Gov. Kate Brown. “I call upon Oregon’s congressional delegation to oppose this legislation that will hurt Or- egonians from every walk of life and in every corner of our state,” Brown said. Homeless Man Found Dead A homeless man, identified as Christopher Martin, 32, was found dead Thursday inside a tent near I-84 in northeast Portland.
