Grant Team Wins Tournament
Congratulations to the Grant Boys 6th Grade White team for winning the Portland Interscholastic
League’s Division B Basketball Tournament in their respective youth league bracket on Saturday at
Roosevelt High School. The team, coached by former Grant High School standout Avery Penny, scored
a 55-52 victory in the title game against Franklin’s Maroon team.
