The tap duo of Addam Stell and Thomas Yale perform during
Beaverton’s “Ten Tiny Dances,” a summer showcase of modern
and traditional ethnic dance forms that highlights the community’s
diversity and passion for the arts.

Ten Tiny Dances, a free, public
event that features a wide-variety
of dancers who represent modern,
contemporary and traditional eth-
nic dance forms.
This year’s performances in-
clude traditional lion dance, East
Indian dance, break dance, inno-
vative contemporary dance, and
more.
Ten Tiny Dances takes place
Saturday, July 9 from 10 a.m. to
1:30 p.m. at the Beaverton Farmers
Market stage at Southwest Fourth
and Washington. Performances be-
gin simultaneously on each of the
five stages at 10:30 a.m. and will
repeat every half hour. Visit all five
stages and you will experience a
total of Ten Tiny Dances.

Mississippi Street Fair Saturday
The 15th annual Mississippi Street Fair will take place on Satur-
day, July 9, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on historic Mississippi Avenue
between Fremont and Skidmore streets. The fair includes over 200
local vendors, crafts, dunk tank, open air gallery, kid’s zone, five
stages and a variety of family-friendly activities. Proceeds from the
fair benefit the Boise Business Youth Unity Project.
